We understand that life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice: No fee, and we’ll happily reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee may be charged.

  • No-shows (missing your appointment without notice): Full session fee will be charged.

If you are experiencing an emergency or sudden illness, please reach out — we believe in compassionate solutions.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened out of respect for clients following you. Full payment for the session will still apply.
