Movement that works with your body, not against it. These classes are rooted in presence rather than performance — no aesthetic goals, no strict alignment, no pushing through. We move through yoga postures, mobility work and mindful transitions at a pace that makes sense for your body that day. Each session begins with a short check-in to adjust for your energy, your cycle, or whatever you're carrying into the room. Available as group classes or individual sessions. Whether you're new to movement, returning after a difficult period, or simply looking for a more honest relationship with your body — this is a space that meets you where you are.
