DESCRIPTION
These are small group yoga classes built around one principle: the body is not something to push through, it's something to listen to. The pace is slow and deliberate. Props are used generously — not as a modification for beginners, but as a tool for everyone to go deeper with less effort. Hands-on adjustments are offered when welcome, bringing an element of therapeutic touch into the practice. Classes are available in three styles depending on what your body needs. Hatha* for building awareness and foundational strength without strain. Flow* for mindful, connected movement that doesn't rush. Yin* for long-held poses, deep tissue release and genuine rest. Suitable for women returning to movement after a difficult period, those recovering from burnout or injury, and anyone who has felt out of place in faster, more performance-oriented classes. *Hatha Foundational postures held with attention. Builds body awareness and quiet strength without pushing for range or speed. *Flow Linked movements at a considered pace. Not a workout — a practice. The focus is on how the body moves, not how it looks moving. *Yin Long-held floor poses supported by props. Works into connective tissue and the nervous system. The hardest part is letting the body be still.
